Pros
I have worked with Peak Support as both a client and now as a CSM. Since the day I met the Peak Support team 5+ years ago, I knew where my career needed to be. Once I got the opportunity, I took full advantage! I absolutely love the Director of Client services and every other member of management. They are responsive, supportive, lead and guide and help with anything you need. I knew I loved Peak Support from a far, but actually being a part of the environment, the culture, the people, has made me feel like I have found a home. I genuinely love logging into work every day and working both with all my clients and teams, but also our internal teams and leadership. I am learning, growing, evolving and all I can say is that I am grateful for this opportunity and I can not wait to help Peak Support grow and all of my colleagues grow as well!
Cons
Not a con per se, but just process improvement is coming along. With our growing company, trying to be efficient and implement new processes can be challenging. We are meeting those challenges head on and seeing hard work come to fruition. This truly is the first place in which a con can not be identified outright and the bumps in the road have concrete processes to flatten said bumps and work towards a brighter day/future.
