Pros

*You’ll gain patience (because you’ll need it). *Great experience if you enjoy taking endless assessments for free. *You’ll learn how to deal with confusing HR emails from five different people at once.

Cons

*Too many unnecessary assessments for a low-paying job. *Disorganized HR — they don’t seem to communicate with each other. *No proper feedback after all your effort. *Wastes your time and energy. *Feels like they don’t actually want to hire anyone, just collect test answers *They'll end up ghosting you after applying
