Team collaboration, inclusion, management, tangible values, we celebrate our wins even the smallest, and we do not point fingers when something goes wrong. Employee engagement is measurable; people consistently express their happiness and pride in working at PS. Opportunities to grow are available, and you just need to strive and seize them! Work-life balance is real; we work fully remote with low supervision, and still, everyone is committed to giving their best. Our CEO rules! Approachable, down-to-earth, communicates constantly at every level of the organization, and is always looking for feedback that he makes sure to convert into action.

Cons

Depending on the region you work in, growing can take time, but you enjoy the journey. Sometimes we have communication blockers among different teams, and that might end up being a bit disappointing when you are a new hire
