Pros

Despite being on a remote setup, you can feel the connection at all levels and departments. At Peak Support, all leaders, from our founders and executives on up, are actively involved. They value feedback and do their best to address issues that will benefit the overall organization.

Cons

As we grow bigger in headcount, physical meetups become more challenging, thus, resolving to smaller event deployments.
