Pros

- Positive Culture - People Centric - A lot of opportunities for growth - With company issued laptop - Compensation and benefits are awesome - Permanent Work from Home

Cons

- Since we work remotely, we only see each other in zoom. Better if we can have a quarterly or yearly meet up? But I know this is happening before but due to the pandemic it stopped, maybe it's time for us to resume. I'm excited to meet everyone in the flesh! LOL

Pros

I have been with 2 different BPO industries in the past and I have never been in a Company where core values and culture really matters. They breathe and live by it. Thank you Peak Support.

Cons

Permanent work from home. Lol. Just kidding. Despite the work from home set up, it fees like I have been working with them for a while.
