Majority of the employees within the organization embody the company culture.

Cons

Limited face to face interactions due to the WFH set-up. However, this will only be considered as cons if you are the type of person who prefer f2f interaction.

Our work from home model comes with a myriad of benefits, but we do acknowledge the limited face to face interactions and try to address that with occasional meetups in areas where we have large numbers of team members.
