Political infighting, often lapsing into bullying, is rife. A company with no meaningful strategy. What is there is written by corporate communications, rather than serious people. Pearson's rhetoric is about being the worlds learning company, enabled by technology. The reality is a business that is basically a us higher ed. text book publisher, being disrupted the hell out of. All very sad.

Major changes going on with this company. A lot of lay offs lately. It seems its out with the old and in with the new young lower paid people. No job stability. If you are older don't bother trying to work here.
