Salary on time, Good HR policy, Good vision and plan till it was education oriented, Good structure of team till it lasted with education as priority

Cons

Wrong people at education oriented positions,they let the employee speak and share but no actions over the suggestion or grievance happens. Coordination between departments lacking big time. Too many changes in structure and lead to wrong people with no insight and expertise of the area.
