Pros

Good for work life balance only. Good for higher positions only cos they get paid high for no reason. Friendly people since the work culture is not good. Good for experienced upto 1 to 4yrs in total, who are into software development.

Cons

Your work will reach the users but you dont get recognized here(Only sales people get recognized and they dont know from where the quality of software product come from). They gave good hike instead of incentive to managers when they were in huge profit. The dont manage equality among same team or project though you are equally talented and useful resource.(20% to 40% difference in compensation among the same vertical and team despite being used for good deliverables) No planning of work or delivery and Late night work and work from home on weekends for no Overtime/No compensation holidays. Job cuts and low level went out for operating cost saving. High management is still paid fair enough and cost going there
