Pros

The CEO, John Fallon, has been leading for over 3 years. His goal is to reinvent the company to meet the modern education needs. He is the best top leader of any company I have worked for. If you work in one of the major offices work seems to be quite good.

Cons

Some of the upper-mid management is struggling to be the same kind of leaders as the CEO, and it appears that there are still personal agendas and old mind-sets that plague some of the organizations and slow things down. The software development for mobile (iOS and Android) development in Salt Lake City was closed down about 2 years ago. It seems that smaller satellite offices are not given the same value as the large offices.
