Pros

Flexibility (as I work online), team - very friendly and open international atmosphere, always supportive to each other. attitude - respectful and accountable.

Cons

Sometimes hard to work remotely, as I've been staring to feel isolated at some point. not many opportunities for the further career personal growth for the moment, a bit routine

Pros

This is a company with an international outlook that is involved in all aspects of education in over 60 countries which gives its staff lots of opportunity to understand the business of education. The culture varies in different countries but overall it does support a good work life balance.

Cons

Whilst its a multi-national business. it's not yet fully integrated and staff may find it difficult to change roles. Innovation from within is not much encouraged.
