      Pros

      Great working atmosphere, Self motivation, Strong Brand Position, liberty to work on your own plans and implement them. Beside this, complete chain of system.

      Cons

      I have not seen any shortcomings or cons till now since my joining to this organisation. Work smart, achieve target and this is the key to success.

      Pros

      A generally well-organised company with good benefits and the opportunity to work on exciting projects and with interesting and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Several large-scale changes / restructures and frequent changing of my manager made career progression frustrating and at times stressful. However, I'd definitely recommend the company overall as it's an exciting place to work and leads the field.
