Pros

Pearson VUE was very good about granting time off. The IT folks are the "super stars" of the company so they are treated well, and given lots of incentives to do well.

Cons

Very high stress environment. Has a culture of finger pointing and placing blame. Management would often leave employees out to dry if a decision wasn't well received by the Senior Leadership Team. Also, the Bala Cynwyd office was a satellite office so it was not considered in big decisions made by the main office in MN.
