Pros

Low work load, mindless work. Nice gig if you want to do a 9-5. People are nice, work is easy, simple business model, very primitive.

Cons

Frustrating for those that want to drive change and process improvement. This is a publishing company that still has not fully embraced the digital age.

products are really meaningful to the public, so there's some reward out of that; analyst positions have really good job security

Competent colleagues (A lot of smart people work at Pearson) 5. Good benefits 6. Highly competitive products and technology 7. Many women promoted to senior management
