Pros

Great benefits, many good people, many divisions to work. Innovative technology offering and well ahead of the competition

Cons

Too many politically motivated decisions, only senior management making decisions Sister companies do not get along or work together well, most acquisitions made the company weaker instead of stronger

Pros

Marjorie, the CEO, is a wonderful woman!! We are contributing to education in a great way. If one is to do sales, it might as well be for a good reason.

Cons

Education industry is in a rough state, causing lots of changes.

Pros

Management is supportive, and there is a great culture at the company. They value everyone's thoughts and opinions.

Cons

Pearson is in the midst of a transition period, so budgets are tight and people are a little stressed. As a result, the workers need to do more with less and pay is not overly generous. The information systems at Pearson are old and clunky.
