Pros

Values, mission, people. You'll feel good about going to work every day knowing that you're a part of creating products or delivering services that are all about helping people improve their lives through learning

Cons

Complicity of organization. It is large and growing year to year, so can be difficult to work across business units and regions

Pros

Overall full of great people and exciting leadership. Keenly aware of the transformation of education (and society!) and actively positioning itself to stay relevant and valuable, even leading much of the change.

Cons

Size can be an issue. Lots of overlap of responsibility and many have an addiction to conference calls with 20+ people on them.
