There were not any advantages to working at Pearson.

Cons

Working at Pearson was a difficult experience. They don't value employees and you won't until you are let go. It's hard to succeed because they are always cutting staff.

Remote for most jobs; Decent pay; Respected in the industry; Time off is good and volunteer time

Cons

Health insurance is bad & Caremark as a prescription manager is awful; The company is becoming way too corporate really quickly it seems.
