Pros

Great team with a very laid back attitude & always willing to teach you how to do something. Great benefits with tuition reimbursement (with no commitment to stay x amount of years), nice amount of PTO, and

Cons

You have to be assertive to grow in and out of your role. They won't naturally whisk you into meetings to learn the ropes of what they're doing which is a bummer

Pros

People on immediate teams are great Generous PTO and benefits Flexible WFH policy

Cons

Frequent lay offs, 1 or 2 a year, does nothing positive for company culture Pay is below industry standard Very corporate culture with platitudes and sycophantic behavior at the top, meanwhile very talented and often vocal veterans are not listened to, appreciated, or retained Has become essentially a tech company with heavy emphasis on AI Hiring freezes
