Accenture Takeover

Pros

I cant think of any.

Cons

After Omar took over, he brought in several former Accenture colleagues, and the culture shifted dramatically. The company began operating more like a consulting firm — heavy on ideas and frameworks, light on execution. Many of the people who were actually capable of delivering were let go, which had a noticeable impact on results.

Pros

- Good UK Pension plan - Some people are great to work with

Cons

- Constant change and restructuring - Complete divide and mistrust between leadership and everyone else - Low salaries - New job titles are demotivating and don't make any sense - The above mean good people will/are leaving and more will follow (used to be a great place to work, not anymore)
