Pros

There are some great people to work with at Pearson, and they are working diligently to move the company to make the company even more digitally oriented. Having new people in the company can bring a fresh perspective, but they need to be willing to learn about the educational market.

Cons

Many senior managers don't fully understand the nuances of educational publishing, and have made decisions to remove people who do. Cutting out technical functionality to decrease costs are likely to lead to a decline in sales and that will further hurt the company.
