Pros

Great colleagues who are very dedicated and global.

Cons

Company is more a tech than education. Very fast paced culture with a chasm between Executive leadership and teams that do the work. Disconnect between tech and content development.

Not sure I would work there again.

Pros

Nice benefits, generous PTO policy. In general decent salary. Most of the people there are professional and kind. Opportunity to learn a lot via lateral moves.

Cons

Company does a lot of layoffs. The culture is a "performance culture" where you are expected to do work outside of your job description for no additional pay. Often encouraged or expected to work entirely outside of your pay band, ie manage people at an analyst's salary. Not a lot of opportunity to advance.

Pros

Pearson is one of the best places to work, as they provide hybrid or full remote working flexibility.

Cons

Salaries are less than the other competitive companies.
