Leaders don’t inspire

Pros

The customers and how we help them and field employees

Cons

The Enterprise Sales Leadership crew is an old boys club that’s full of favoritism, back stabbing, and incompetence/lacking of understanding. In June this leader came onto a call with reps and told us all that we were paid too much and our commissions were going down. The next day he tripled our quotas (in June 😂) and reduced our commission rates by 90 percent. This is the same guy who, when traveling with absorbent amount of his friends on the company dime - he’s too good to stay at a Hilton or Marriott. No he’ll stay at the $800 per night hotel across the street from everyone. Yet his enterprise reps who make $90k OTE (yes, base + commission) - they make way too much. Only sales advise I ever heard him give was “time kills all deals” - groundbreaking.
