Pros

- Remote - Provides supplementary devices immediately (i.e. monitor, mouse, headset) - No time tracker - Work culture is humane. As long as you finish your workload for the day, that’s it. No drama. No politics. No nonsense meetings. - Generous HMO package for Single employees

Cons

- Heard that we have no Year End parties or any social event of some sort. Honestly, that’s fine with me but some people who like socializing might find the company culture a bit boring (although we do get a Christmas bonus in exchange so that’s not a con for me!)

Pros

I was able to work from home, and I received benefits as a part-time employee.

Cons

The company cares about making money more than anything, pays its employees poorly, and will happily ditch a human for AI whenever the opportunity arises.
