Pros

Not just another e-commerce site. Some parts of the company seem to be doing what the company mission statement and values claim.

Cons

Witnessed and personally experienced intimidation, racism, misogyny, bullying and fear-mongering on a very regular basis during my 5+ year tenure here. Attempted reporting incidents to Human Resources multiple times and immediately received retribution from my manager and co-workers each time. Became depressed, fearful, and physically ill. Had to leave the other victims/co-workers behind. Would have probably been a better culture had I worked at Theranos.

Pros

Work with great partnerships and amazing coworkers who work with each other to get the job done. Great benefits and great pay with no experience.

Cons

Constant change and no clear set policy. Directors and Managers for different groups don't get along and constantly fight with one another. Zero room to move up into a management position.

Pros

Warning: Any reviews of this organization posted before May 2018 do not accurately reflect the changes that have happened in the organization!! After some reorganization and downsizing, this company has become a vacuum for talent and leadership. With great managers leaving (either on their own or after their position was cut) there's a ton of gaps that need to be filled. If you're a self-started and work well with ambiguity, you would do very well in this company. This company is also really great for building your resume if you are changing careers or trying to break into the market at entry level. The work from home capabilities are amazing.

Cons

Warning: Any reviews of this organization posted before May 2018 do not accurately reflect the changes that have happened in the organization!! With the huge loss of knowledge and talent, it is very tough to get by. Everyone is disgruntled, confused, and scared, and it shows in the way people work and the way they communicate with each other. Nobody trusts anyone, everyone is ruthlessly trying to advocate for why their role is more important than someone else's...it's terrible. At this point, even the work from home capability is a negative - everyone is so checked out and disengaged that they end up not even working on their work-from-home days.
