Pros

Love helping and working with students. Great medical benefits.

Cons

Company has kind of lost its way. They no longer look to employees for feedback. No longer empower employees to make positive change. Middle management has no power to make changes either. Lead generation/quality is poor.

Pros

Good benefits and nice people. The situation at local offices varies, as it does by department, but where I worked people were nice and good to work with, despite the deteriorating situation.

Cons

Chaos and no job security. On the corporate level, things have been bad for years and show no sign of stabilizing. Upper management has made some poor decisions and thousands have lost their jobs, with the remaining employees struggling to do the work of multiple people. Time-wasters such as the painful annual employee goal exercise and periodic rebranding add to the stress.
