Pros
A lot of good people work here. Many will go out of their way to meet a timeline. I found support when the pressure was on.
Cons
Management consists of factions/fiefdoms. Management cannot make incredibly simple decisions like what tool to use(their answer= all of them), who needs to pay for the tool, who is going to admin the tool, nor how to use the tools. Pushback occurs on any standardization attempts or attempts to become more efficient. Each team acts like it is not part of an enterprise operation. Handoffs and productive collaboration between stakeholder groups is poor or is simply non-existent.
