Pros
Work From home is great, Some of the people are great, benefits are good but not the best, co-pays going up
Cons
People are alittle clickie, I felt like I was back in high school. it's not what you know, its WHO you know! company is considerately trying to re-org. departments don't talk to each other. everyone is depressed because no matter how hard you work, you get nothing for it therefore it leaves a lack of incentive to do good work. The company is losing state contracts and therefore alot of layoffs.
