Pros

Culture is fantastic, great training and office staff is supportive.

Cons

Pay is low starting out. Unpredictability as patients can go to the hospital / shifts are cancelled and the pay is not gauranteed for those hours.

Unorganized Company ran by employees and not management

Pros

It seems that it has the potential to be a great company but as for currently it is not.

Cons

Everything is poorly ran and unorganized. They have no real policies or procedures that they follow for training new employees. So its all over the place and everyone has their hand in the pot. Bossing each other around and talking behind each others back to new employees at that. Needs structure and more comradery especially to be such a small office. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing at all.
