They genuinely care for the child and I have had great feedback and encouragement from supervisors and workmates. Everyone is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Best company I've worked for.

Great company that cares

Pros

Such a positive company who cares deeply about helping their patients thrive at home with their families. PHS cares greatly about their employees and their satisfaction as well. Great customer service to all they encounter. Very committed to their mission and values and decision making within company matches this. Committed to excellence in all they do! Most rewarding RN job I've ever held. Great support and training to nurses working solo in field.

Cons

Definitely many more pro's than con's, but a few con's that simply come with home care nursing in general... Driving distance to homes throughout metro. Instability of schedule at times.

It's great hearing that HCN's efforts to bring field nurses together is helping some of the uncontrollables such as driving distance. In regards to schedules, we're working on that too!
