Pros
The only "pro" if you'd call it this, is the opportunity to wfh.
Cons
Constant overtime. If you're not on the favorites list, best of luck. They love to micromanage with their 38292929 group chats every second of the day and it's already too fast paced of an environment so that just adds to the chaos. All they care about is how many sales orders you pump out a day. The system we used is horrible. Management is clueless half the time. So many changes with the buyout that it's hard to keep up. They're not as "family friendly" as they preach. Actually, the fact that they claim they're "family friendly" is a huge red flag. The insurance they offer is garbage. If you want your family on it, you're looking upwards of $1,000/mo which is absolutely insane.
