Pros
The people that work for the company, across all branches are amazing and hard workers.
Cons
*There is one guy in management that is extremely messy and keeps gossip floating around about everyone. *The company makes it seem like giving you a raise that you clearly deserve will break the bank, but they are acquiring other DME companies back to back for millions. *Changes happen frequently, and you are expected to execute with little to no training or insight on these new changes. *Management will make you feel as if they have an "open door" policy, a safe space to have conversations with them, next thing you know, your business is told to others across branches, and you're made out to be a problem if you are too honest too frequent. *Requesting PTO can be tug-of war at times. *HR is not here to protect you but to cover management. Don't be fooled thinking if you tell HR about mismanagement and abuse of management, that the person will be suspended or fired. *Career advancement is non-existent. *There is so much more but I am tired of typing. Just know the drama of this company is REAL.
