inadequate training, they require work productivity quantity over quality.to much favoritism, to many cliques, as a result no advancement unless your the ‘in crowd” with management. management blames people they fire or quit for their own lack of leadership, poor training and follow up. They are not interested in developing their employees for advancement. working there has been a total waste of my time.

Dealing with rude nurses who act like they're better and more important until they need you to screen their patient last minute. They will literally act like they're your boss and try to tell you how and when to do your job. It's also a pain to call in sick or if you have an emergency. Management will tell you to call your coworkers to come in for you (which they don't) or they'll do their best to make you come in even if you have a dr's note.
