      The hours are flexible. Which is a good thing.

      Cons

      The production and rate of quality performance is very poor. Moral level is low. They expect much but give little consideration for the time, effort and hard work that each employee thrive to meet on a daily basis

      Pros

      Good company. Lots of growth potential. A big competitor against the smaller anesthesia groups out there. It does a good job acquiring other companies

      Cons

      Poor communication. New things are started and then stopped once they have a chance to think them through. Lots of back and forth and indecision.
