Pros

My coworkers are great

Cons

There were so many promises made to you when you are offered the position only to start the job and realize they are liars. After turning down 4 job offers and accepting the position with promises of growth, promotions, and bonuses to be called into a all staff meeting and be told that the office closing with in 2 months and we will be given a 2week severance package there are people that have worked here for 20 years and they are getting a 2 week package! Do not work here ! They are liars and all around terrible people

Pros

Great location of corporate office.

Cons

Most people you encounter are very nice; however, when you encounter those that are not, including management, no one seems to do anything about it. Exempt people abuse the time clock and barely work 40 hours per week, where the hourly people are held to their time clocks. Some staff is not trained to be in their positions and really lack leadership, which is frustrating for those that need documentation from them. Lack on consistency with most policies and training for the help desk is a joke. No one seems to know what they should do about tasks that are in-frequent.

Pros

Rewarding job working with families of babies being screened.

Cons

Low earnings due to very few hours. Coordinators do the bulk of the screenings by scheduling themselfs to work busiest days. Most babies are induced, thus planned deliveries Wed thru Friday. Weekends, Monday and Tuesday generally are slower. These are the days you get mostly, therefore not as many babies to screen. At least in my area.
