None, really. Their benefits and PTO hours are not that great. It all depends if you are a favorite! Then they are flexible with you.

Cons

A lot of favoritism! Run !!! Unfairness, unjustice, liars and bullies! That come from the managers and supervisor .

Pros

Paycheck and benefits. Enjoy working with the users in the hospital but inexperienced management takes away from that.

Cons

Managers that tout an open door policy but refuse to act on issues affecting employee morale. Too many managers and not enough workers. Managers that have no experience in managing people or how to talk to their employees. Absolutely no career opportunities for advancement.
