- Flexible hours - Friendly environment - Team contribution - Entry level job in healthcare - Good pay for a part-time job - Small raise each year you work

Cons

- Pay does not increase when you go full-time (FT employees definitely underpaid!! $20k-$30k is not a livable salary) - May have some longer days - Don't know when you'll be done each day (based on how many babies are needing screened)
