Pros

it has a beautiful work life balance. The base pay as bdr is low. However if you sell well the commission is super amazing. if you are consistent with quota Really great managers.

Cons

Too many changes last minute that effect the effectiveness of workflow.

Pros

- Peek hires great people - Company is fully remote It's a great place to start if you're early in your career. The benefits are good for single or married people, but can't speak for families***

Cons

- No career development. - Salary is 20% below the market average in the U.S. Peek saves money hiring outside the U.S. but stripped them of their benefits last year. Give it back, please. - Management could be better.

Pros

- Peek has awesome people. I know everyone says that about their company, but there are some truly dedicated, intelligent, and just plan fun co-workers here - The industry is super interesting (tours & experiences), the company is on a solid trajectory, and leaders provide good direction. For example, building our roadmap is a highly cross-functional exercise that strikes a good balance between "Goals given from leadership" and "Grassroots recommendations from PMs & Engineers" - The managers are fantastic, and are very good about pushing you in the right direction without micro-managing. They're also considerate of your career goals and will help you get there - Fully remote and competitive pay

Cons

- Your plate can overflow sometimes. We'll set our quarterly goals/roadmap, but then a new sales deal will come in and we have to pivot to win that deal... which often times causes disruption and stress among the team to handle their commitments PLUS ad-hoc requests. Would like to see more focus/discipline there - No 401k match
