      The pay isn’t worth the workload. Ask your interviewers the value of your equity package and you’ll quickly realize all BDR’s at Peek are underpaid and undervalued. 10 days vacation No work life balance Everyone is burnt out Lack of diversity No DE&I team

      Peek understands that your success and growth is theirs as well. Great environment and culture. The team is always ready and willing to help. Love our product and the way is helping other companies in achieving their goals. Communication inside the company is very effective. We have opportunities to learn directly from our leaders and other successful people involved with the company. They also understand that there's a balance between life and work. Family comes first.

      The office in Utah could be very cold sometimes, so bring your blanket!
