Pros

Peek made me into a sales person. I was given a chance despite very little experience, nurtured, challenged and eventually, rewarded. Peek is where you go to build yourself and crush your (sales) goals. Its very much a work hard, play hard environment, where you will work with some of the best, most talented, helpful, and down to earth people. You are given responsibility and opportunity to develop your skill, deliver for the company and have a good time while doing it. My colleagues and leadership from Peek will always be some of my closest friends and mentors. We pushed each other while at the same time, helped each other get better. The sales floor at Peek is very collaborative and typically very high energy, above all we all cared about our customers and are highly motivated by their success using the product. In terms of the financials, it took some time to ramp up, but especially in high season, I did very well. I'd recommend Peek to anyone ready to work hard, who is driven to make their own success and wants to be part of a fun team and thriving startup.

Cons

I wouldnt recommend Peek to anyone looking to have their hand held and have management to turn to for every question. In my time their were gaps in management and I suspect I would have ramped faster with more training and oversight, but in the end I figured it out myself and through the guidance and support of my peers. In the end this made my success more fulfilling but pushed out my ability to achieve financial goals pretty significantly. Peek's leadership is aware of this feedback and has taken steps to rectify the situation. Long hours are regular and typical in this role and startup culture. Again there have been steps taken to change this but its also just the natural result of being in am office full of highly driven, A players. Its been said before, but dont come to Peek if you are you are hoping for a 9-5. Also, you have to do what it takes to succeed. Anyone who doesn't won't last long. This isn't a con but it is a reality and how the team is able to collectively thrive.

Pros

They have a great atmosphere! The people are great, hard-working individuals who are all striving to create a better company every day! They do fun activities to drive the motivation and help promote great attitudes!

Cons

Sometimes the long hours will be a pain. However, reward doesn't come without putting forth the effort.
