Pros

Free Food MacBook to work on Tons of parties with TONS of free alcohol (can be a good thing or a bad thing) Ever couple weeks someone will come in, usually a client, and have lunch with the whole office

Cons

Filled to the brim with office politics No clear vision for all employees we are expected to put money first and ethics last. High employee turnover (I saw a wave of people let go every month with no warning or explanation to the team) The top execs eat better food than everyone else and seem to take more vacation days which feels like a slap in the face to everyone else Work hours-between 55 and 70 every week, work on weekends, work on vacation, very low salaries We are not given all the tools we need to do all of the work Few opportunities to grow or move into other positions Few benefits

Pros

Free food (to make you stay longer to work) Energy Speakers each week

Cons

They will sell you on the culture and lie to you about growth opportunities and the potential to hit your on-target. The pay is well below industry standard and no one has hit their commissions, and not only that, they expect you to work long hours and you are frowned upon for leaving early. Within starting at Peek, many sales reps have already quit. Management is extremely demanding and reactive and there is absolutely no work life balance working here. Company meetings are late and due to the Salt Lake City office, employees must stay later to match San Francisco time zone. They tempt you with free food to make you stay longer. This place is a burn and churn, they do not value you and you're easily replaceable due to the cheap salary they hired you on and once you are gone, they will just find someone stupid and desperate enough to accept the low pay.

Pros

None that I could find

Cons

$48k is the average salary for an Account Executive in the state of Utah. They are only hiring in Utah at a whopping $35k salary. They have empty promises when it comes to commissions. When I worked at Peek I saw 75% of the sales team quit.
