Pros

I love the work life balance being with a fully remote company and the flexibility to organize my days accordingly. The industries and businesses we work with are extremely unique and fun. I get to be myself with having the support of career and skill development and coaching from teammates and leaders. Upper management is approachable and thoughtful. Work hard and be coachable and this is a rewarding and lucrative position.

Cons

I enjoy a good challenge but some could find the downsides to a growing company. Decisions might be made a little slower behind the scenes or seem to happen abruptly for those that are affected by the decisions.

- Poor management - Defensive leadership (take everything personally, and don't accept criticism) - Lack of quality through the product and engineering process - Rushing deadlines all the time - Does not have career guidelines - The equity package is comical
