Pros

Incredible talent, driven teams, fun and collaborative culture. Lots of energy here, and it's contagious. Be willing to work hard and bring your best, grit is required. You will be inspired by those around you and have the full support of amazing talent to ensure you succeed and grow here.

Cons

It's a startup, and can be very demanding on time and draining at times. Part of the growing pains at any small company that asks a lot of its employees. The bar is high here, but you're better for it in the long run.

Pros

The team of bright, passionate, hard working people really makes it a great place to be. The founding team cares a lot about the company, feedback can be openly shared and decisions get made quickly. Weekly team picnics where other customers, startup founders and key players in the local travel industry are brought in to share their stories is a nice perk that helps everyone learn. Opportunities for career growth are emerging as the company matures. Its both professional and genuinely fun.

Cons

Growing pains. There's not enough people to do every job in every department well and key processes are still evolving. Most people are too busy to help with anything outside of their core job. You have to manage up here.

Pros

You work with super smart and dedicated team members, the company is young and your voice makes a difference, you have opportunity to interact with customers and users, weekly Peeknics with CEOs and guests across the tech industry, food five days a week, and a great way to discover fun things to do.

Cons

Long hours which require dedication and ability to set a schedule and priorities, work-life balance needs to be defined by you, and in a fast paced environment with strong personalities – one has to speak up in order to be heard.
