Pros

Peek's culture is second to none. If you are looking for an opportunity to be yourself while working hard to achieve excellent results, this is the place to be. Despite the hit to the travel and tourism industry during the COVID pandemic, Peek has not only survived, but thrived as an organization. Tons of growth over the past six months in sales and operations, with a lot more on the horizon. Strong leadership team across the board. If you are looking for a place to learn and grow your skills, Peek's leadership team will support and push you to a higher level.

Cons

There is still a lot to be done to ensure continued growth and success. There is more demand in the industry than Peek currently has the ability to service. This makes for stressful times and a lot of out of the box thinking, but the upside to this is the opportunity for growth in new verticals.

Pros

- I was a bit worried about starting a new role remotely, but the level of collaboration and support I've received from my colleagues has been stellar! - The work is engaging and has a meaningful impact for our partners. - Strong, inclusive company culture. Individual personalities shine AND mesh well together. - Competitive compensation / benefits.

Cons

The travel industry is particularly vulnerable to economic downturns and other unpredictable events (like a global pandemic). Peek has done a great job overcoming setbacks related to Covid-19, but it did disrupt prior momentum.
