The past two years have been difficult times. This is not only at PTSI or in the US but globally. PTSI has taken its share of hits. Currently operating in chapter 11 reorganization. Hearing scheduled for October 12th for the confirmation of the exit plan. Disapointment - many who the owners stuck by and cared for over many years (decades) in good times and very difficult times, betrayed that loyalty deliberately and viciously. Dispite their efforts the owners and sernior management continue to take the high road.

Constant revolving door with people coming and going, always laying people off for no given reason after receiving great yearly reviews and telling you what a great job you are doing. Managers that will not communicate with you, you have no idea what they want, they tend to turn their back on some of the employees. Benefits just get worse every year, especially the health insurance and it is very expensive to add a spouse or children. There is only one-day bereavement, not three like most places. If you leave or they terminate you they will only pay 80 hrs of PTO, if you have earned more it is LOST. Some of the software is out of date with no plans to update. Accepted Covid PPP money, and still had layoffs. They did declare bankruptcy a few years back. The office is not in a very good location, a very bad traffic area.
