Decent place to work, several issues to work through

-Solid culture, people generally treat each other well -A private company that is run with the goal of sustainable success -Compensation is fair

Cons

-Caught between the desire for agile project management and still having laborious project approval processes -Resources, engineering in particular, are being reallocated so frequently that project and individual performance are being hampered due to lack of continuity -Occasional lack of accountability for decisions at director level -Work/life balance is mediocre at best for professional employees, this has cause young professionals to leave

Culture, Respect, and Customers are some of the main pillars and that shows that they are focused on the people!

Cons

A bit of a hike from Des Moines, but it was my choice to live there. Many live in the area and are very happy.

Relaxed work atmosphere and dress code (dress for your day - jeans t-shirt tennis shoes :)) they have opened remote urban workplace in des moines, and are also flexible with hours and working from home they are continuously getting more progressive in their culture and ideas to try and attract more top tier talent

Cons

office space could use some updating - cube farm
