      Hours, pay is great, insurance is hard to beat, people are generally really open, LGBTQ friendly,

      Cons

      Management tends to be pretty awful, communication is awful too, whenever something is suggested it never really gets applied, in order to get promotions and such individuals must succumb to a sort of "friends" first type of ordeal in order to get into higher jobs like supervisor or management.

      Pros

      Great culture, everyone is genuinely fun to work with and likes what they do. It seems just about everyone was excited to land at Peloton and is excited to keep working there.

      Cons

      The company scaled wayyyy toooo fast, and the corporate structure and operational processes are in obvious need of some bolstering.
