Pros

working on a good product, generally kind people, great wlb, lots of freedom to explore what you find interesting

Cons

company leadership keeps changing, doesn't focus on the right things, lots of politics and infighting, and requires someone from every department to get simple tasks done.

Hours have improved. 9 or 9:30 AM 5 days. Rotating weekends. 1 week a Sunday, one week a Saturday, one week Friday Saturday off and one week Friday Saturday and Sunday off.

Cons

Not much opportunity upper management ignores you. They only care to increase outsourcing.

Pros

The best teammates I've ever worked with. Fast-paced. Good benefits and pay. Well-stocked onsite kitchens. They offer many services to mitigate stress, and often give team members swag.

Cons

Regret working so hard only to be let go. Upper management fired me and others on the team even though we were each doing the work of 2+ people.
