- Great intelligent people to work with - A great environment to develop your skills especially if you are somewhat newer to a role.

Cons

- The company structure needs improvement at the moment, and is still self-identifying as a start up even past IPO. This has led to a lot of teams stepping on each others toes from poor organization and management
