Pros

Good pay. Easy work. Understanding of circumstances outside of work.

Cons

They claim there is a lot of opportunity for advancement, but changed their policy to say that employees can no longer "jump levels", when all of their current management was promoted from L1 to L4 no questions asked. They claim to be one "Peloteam" but do nothing to foster a good relationship between departments/shifts. They hold possitions for people that they WANT to advance, let others go through the entire application/interview process when the interview was only a formality for the person that they predetermined, even if other candidates are more qualified and better suited for the role. Their HR department is basically just a directory because everything is outsourced to a different app within their system. I and at least 6 others have tried filing complaints about the same person, yet we were told that, although notes were taken, WE were responsible for taking everything down for them in a separate app, also send them an email containing the same info, also CC your management. I thought that was YOUR job. What would you say... you do here? They have "employee engangement surveys" (yes, they spell it like that) where they don't even read the things people are saying, and print negative comments people have made on their posters. I wanted to believe it was them being honest with themselves about what they needed to improve, but it's been a year since the last survey, and a lot of people took the last bullet point on the poster to heart, "I really consider finding employment with another company."
