Pros

My colleagues and management can't be beat --we have the unique bond of sharing the same passion for books. That's why you work in publishing!

Cons

It's such a great company, that no one wants to leave! Moving up is a slow process. Work life balance can be tough.

Pros

PRH offers terrific advancement opportunities as a result of its size, strategic scope, and innovative content, marketing and sales initiatives.

Cons

Good people at every level, but it's hierarchical and employee assessments are dependent on the next person up the ladder.
